                  A very warm WELCOME to our website ERW GLAS CAMPSITE.


WOW! The morning mist hangs over the river conwy, but don't worry, the sunshine soon burns that away!

We are a new site opened October 2010. On the very edge of Snowdonia National Park.

 A small certified site (approx. 1 acre). The site is level and flat. 

There is a heated family shower room with luxury twin showers, ladies wc, separate gents wc. and a chemical disposal point. 

With additional unisex showers, ladies wc,baby changing and disabled toilets which were new at the end of 2014.

Electric hook up posts are now installed, please ask for details when booking.

We now have a covered washing up area with hot & cold water.

We are open all year round (weather permitting) please check with us before travelling if in doubt, we will always try our best to contact you if you have pre-booked.


We now have a 4m bell tent and that will be erected ready for you on arrival, just bring your own camping equipment, and save time erecting a tent in the rain!

Introducing our newest venture,the arrival of luxury shepherds huts.Fitted with king size beds and memory foam mattresses,wood burning stove and fully operational kitchen.
With you own private enclosed patio area, catch a few rays with a nice cold drink in the day or sit back and watch the stars at night.
We now have 2 family Shepherds Huts ready, both a kingsize bed, with a full double bunk above.

PRICES START FROM £75/night (if booked for a full week-look out for winter offers)
Standard cost per night is £90 (minimum stay 2 nights)


We are situated in the conwy valley on the very edge of Snowdonia National Park, yet only 10 mins from the A55 with access to the North Wales coast.

Bruce the cockerel and his hens roam freely around the site, which helps them lay GOLDEN YOLK EGGS, yummy for breakfast!

Nature watch alert!! 

We have red kites flying around the valley, not to be confused with the buzzards, these magnificent birds of prey were nearly extinct, but are making a come back in the area.


Nearby attractions

One of North Wales top attractions, The National trust Bodnant Gardens is just three miles away. Welsh food centre now open.

Surf Snowdonia is the latest attraction to hit our gorgeous Conwy valley, an outdoor surf lagoon with waves, fun days out for the whole family, or experienced surfers alike. This is just one of the many attractions the valley and surrounding area has to offer. Check out the high ropes for an adventure through the tree tops!

Bounce below is the worlds first subterranean playground of its kind, giant trampolines, slides, walkways and tunnels, all made from netting, all suspended in a slate cavern, hidden underground. Open all year round!

Zip world needs to be checked out, the longest zip wire in the northern hemisphere! What an experience! Forest coaster just opened, this is an amazing tree top ride, just 10 mins away from us. 

GYG Karting Check out this amazing day out, just 30 mins drive. Visit there website for all the info!  

The famous Conwy links golf course is under 20 mins drive away and a round of golf can be pre booked for you in advance of your stay.

The Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno is only a 15 minute drive, with great views on offer from the cable cars on the Great Orme!

The historical walled town of conwy is less than 20 mins drive with its very own medieval castle for you to explore.

Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales, only 30 mins drive, navigate one of the well known paths to the summit, (approx 3000') or if that sounds too energetic, you can always catch a train to the top! The views are amazing if you get a clear day!

Llanrwst town is just a 5 minute drive, enjoy a walk around the town, call in to one of the many local bars for a drink, or why not try out the award winning Indian restaurant, ideal for all you curry lovers!

There are plenty of local walks from the site, with access to public transport 100yards away.
